Commonwealth Court Opinion:

Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court Decision on Ballot Security

On January 28, 2022 the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania found that Act 77, a state law passed in 2019 legalizing unlimited, no excuse mail-in ballots, violates the state constitution. The court decision does not proscribe remedies for the 2020 presidential election, which saw a tenfold increase in mail-in ballots – from 266,288 absentee ballots in 2016 to a suspicious 2,616,012 in 2020.
