About Ballot Security Education

Ballot Security Education was founded in 2021 to help the voters of Pennsylvania fully understand the adverse impact of Act 77, no-excuse mail-in ballots on the integrity of Pennsylvania’s electoral system and to advocate for secure and transparent elections. While the vital constitutional issue was initially resolved by the Commonwealth Court in the voters’ favor, the legal battle is expected to continue and the matter may only be resolved by the voters of the Commonwealth.
